By using anyone of our services available on the VRforExchange.com inc. website, you have read the user conditions for our services and confirmed your acceptation of these user conditions. These conditions apply to all the VRforExchange.com inc. websites (hereinafter : «Websites»), in all languages used by VRforExchange.com inc., including this English version, and your acceptation is valid for all these websites and languages.
We recommend that you read all the pages posted on the Websites. We reserve the right to change or amend this Agreement at anytime by publishing the changes or amendments on the Websites. All the conditions that are changed by an amendment will come into force 30 days after the date of publication on the Websites. The present Agreement comes into force on October 11, 2006 for all users.
The activities of VRforExchange.com inc. are limited to the publication of exchange or leasing offers for RVs on its Websites in English and other languages. VRforExchange.com inc. depends on the trust in the integrity and responsibility of the authors of the exchange or leasing offers and VRforExchange.com inc. is not in a position to verify the existence or accuracy of the content of the offers, the description of any property that is given and cannot guarantee that the exchange or leasing Agreements will take place. VRforExchange.com inc. shall not be held responsible for any information given by its users and for any action agreed to between them. The users alone assume full responsibility for all Agreements of any nature with another member or user reached through the Websites.
This website and its content, including users’ offers, works similarly to a club organized between its users. The information it contains is available to the members and the users and is thus private. This website’s only purpose is to promote the conclusion of recreation vehicle exchange and leasing Agreements. No one, member or user, is authorized to use this website and its content for any solicitation whatsoever or for commercial purposes. Any gathering or storing of information found on the Websites is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this prohibition will be met with legal proceedings.
The members and users of this website undertake not to provide false or inaccurate information. The users and members shall be polite toward each other and treat each other with respect. The members undertake not to use this website to infringe any laws. The members undertake not to send or otherwise transfer corrupted files or files containing viruses, Trojan horses, malware or any other software that could damage the computers of others or give access to zones reserved to the members of VRforExchange.com inc.’s administration. The members and users undertake not to expose VRforExchange.com inc. to any violation of any laws that could lead to civil or criminal sanctions.
Limitation of liability
VRforExchange.com inc. and its officers, employees, agents, representatives, partners and suppliers offer their services on their Websites «as such» and without any guarantee or conditions, express or implied. The officers, employees, representatives, partners and suppliers shall not be held liable for any financial loss or any damages or injury caused directly or indirectly by the use of our Websites or one of our services. The liability of VRforExchange.com inc. and of its officers, employees, agents, representatives, partners and suppliers towards the user or a third party is strictly limited to the amount of the fees paid in the last 12 months. Certain States do not allow for such a limitation of liability. If you live or access our Websites in such a State, or in any State where the law does not correspond to our user conditions, you must abstain from any use of this website whatsoever.
Should you violate the user conditions described herein or any applicable law resulting in a complaint against VRforExchange.com inc. filed by a third party, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless VRforExchange.com inc. for all legal and extralegal fees and costs. You also agree to indemnify and hold harmless any administrator, shareholder or employee of VRforExchange.com inc. if you are held responsible for any damage or injury resulting from your use of this website, including but not limited to (i) any complaint for damages or injury caused by a building, motor vehicle, recreation vehicle, or any property that you own; (ii) any complaint for damages or injury caused by a transaction in which you are one of the parties; (iii) any violation of the presents; (iv) a complaint that you or any person using your computer has violated any regulation or law in the course of the use of this site; (v) any inaccurate information that you have provided; (vi) any breach of any agreement you had entered into. You also agree to pay all the costs, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, should any legal action be taken with regards to the user conditions described herein.
We have the power, without prejudice to our right to pursue legal action, to limit or cease the activities of a member or user on the Websites, to cancel exchange or leasing offers, or inform all the members, users, visitors of any action in contravention of our rules. We have the power to temporarily or definitively suspend your membership or user status and refuse to provide any services should you fail to abide by the present user conditions, or if we deem that your activities may give rise to financial or other damages to our members, users or yourself. VrforExchange.com inc. may exclude you from the Websites without having to give you any reasons.
Any member may decide to terminate its membership at any time. Prior to termination, the member must inform VRforExchange.com inc.’s management by using the contact form found on the website. The member will not be reimbursed for any fees already paid.
